An advisory day briefing for field crews: forecast temperature and air quality for a replayed day, a work plan that starts no earlier than first light, and the hours scheduling can't fix. Numbers are modeled exposure-hours and forecast-based estimates.

Who it helps

Crew leads, foremen and farm labor contractors in the Central Valley who set tomorrow's start time, and the crews who get the plan as a bilingual (English/Spanish) sheet. It holds paid hours constant and tracks no individual workers.

It does not replace the employer's written Cal/OSHA Heat Illness Prevention Plan. Water, shade and rest requirements still apply.
